Synopsis

In the follow-up to the 1977 film The Mad Monk, Ye Feng returns to the screen, once again portraying the character Ji Gong, the unconventional monk gifted with supernatural abilities. This time, he finds himself in a light-hearted rivalry and competition with Lu Tung-pin, a scholar who has attained deity status. The story unveils their playful adventures, filled with humour, magic, romantic endeavours, and thrilling showdowns that involve remarkable weapons like the Enchanted Blade and the Soaring Serpent.

Do note that Oldham Theatre operates on a free seating arrangement. Doors will open 20 minutes before showtime so arrive early to choose a seat and avoid disrupting the screenings as AFA does not play ads and screenings will start promptly.
