Released in 1998, the three films – Forever Fever, Money No Enough and The Teenage Textbook Movie – have been digitally restored in 4K by the Asian Film Archive using the original surviving film elements and presented, in partnership with the Singapore Film Comisssion, through digital cinematic projection for the first time since the films’ release.
Free film screenings and a talk will be jointly organised with the AFA to celebrate the films’ 20th anniversary as well as a reunion with cast and crew after each screening from 1 – 3 Nov.
Singapore Classics Reignited is part of Singapore Media Festival 2018 and is co-organised by Asian Film Archive and Infocomm Media Development Authority.
