In Bruce Lee and I, the world is shaken by the sudden and mysterious death of Bruce Lee (played by Danny Lee), the legendary Chinese martial arts icon at the peak of his career. His passing, shrouded in speculation and intrigue, unfolds in the presence of his close friend, the actress Ting Pei (portraying herself). This film, based on a script penned by Ting Pei, illuminates the origins of her relationship with Bruce Lee and how it blossomed into a profound and authentic friendship. It does not shy away from the lingering questions and assumptions regarding Ting Pei’s role in Bruce Lee’s life and his untimely demise, delving into the complex interplay of love, friendship, and tragedy.

Wang Sha plays a supporting role as a fictional character based on producer Raymond Chow, founder of Golden Harvest and a renowned figure in Hong Kong cinema who introduced martial arts legend Bruce Lee to the world.
