Violin & Tea

The accidental friendship between a violinist and a waitress at the café that the former frequents helps the two women through their different sets of hardships – in caring for a father trapped in a coma, and in giving up a dream job to solve the financial problems that a mother’s gambling habits create. Violin music and tea soon become symbolic of the comfort and stability missing from their lives, and eventually of each other’s presence.
