The Postal Rule

Ken, an undergraduate, works part-time as a postman to pay for his school fees and living expenses. In time, he strikes up a friendship with an Indonesian maid who works at one of the houses he delivers letters to and interviews her on her life in Indonesia and job in Singapore for his school project. Unfortunately, this willingness of hers to be interviewed over a few occasions gets her into trouble with her employer who dismisses her, leaving a distraught Ken no way to express his gratitude and apologies, until one day a letter arrives for her with a return address.
