Sand Talk

A short about the secret defiance to the numerous pitfalls of life where relationships, work and family bear frustration of the protaganist Ah Lei’s life, until an unlikely discourse occurs with an unknown stranger. We see him communicate day after day with the mysterious stranger by writing in a patch of sand; Ah Lei writes pessimistic messages about life, but the stranger writes uplifting ones. At first adamant about the cruelty of life, Ah Lei is won over bit by bit, and he begins to be intrigued by the identity of this ‘stranger’ and tries to catch the sand writer to say thank you.
