It is mid November and the Loy Krathong has descended upon Thailand. Even in the hustle and bustle of crowded Bangkok, scores of Thais are gathered at the Chao Phraya River to celebrate the festival. Boon is in Bangkok looking for his missing brother, Weng. Despite searching endlessly, he has not managed to find any information. Finally he enlists the help of Took, one of Weng’s Thai friends.
