This film captures the responses of five different sets of people who are collapsing under the heat of their daily struggles. These human tragedies are exemplified by the natural occurrence of sweltering tropical weather and the man-made disaster of the Nicoll Highway collapse depicted in the film, as a reflection on the nature of stress that besets life in Singapore.
